Resident Services is a unique, and totally optional, program which can be instituted by the Board to provide owners with access to a customized menu of basic handy-man and absentee services. By centralizing certain activities under management, owners can take comfort knowing that someone familiar and affiliated with their building team will be handling various tasks which, in the alternative, would require an outside vendor to complete. Finding a trustworthy vendor to provide smaller scale services in this competitive market can be difficult, which is exactly why we offer this optional program to clients. Services currently being offered at some of our properties include:

Examples of Handyman Services include inspecting and diagnosing issues, assisting with minor repairs or household tasks such as hanging items, fixing leaks, moving furniture, painting, changing fixtures, set up of electronics, etc. If something is beyond the scope of the team, they can make a referral to a trusted outside vendor who can perform the work.
The Board will decide not only what specifics services will be offered at the community but what the associated costs charged to the owner utilizing the service will be. Services can be billed to owners separately or added to their account for inclusion on the quarterly assessment invoice. Most importantly, all funds generated by Resident Services are fully retained by the association.
